David Codeglia - Writer, Director
David’s been making movies since the 5th grade. After graduating USC Film school, he worked as a freelancer and for companies like Disney and Bad Robot. He recently wrote and directed the feature film The Breakdown, a young adult comedy that’s streaming on Amazon. In television, he directed The Encounter Season 2 Finale, a fan favorite, and 3 episodes of Sons of Thunder: Redemption. He’s directed commercials, short films, documentaries, and music videos, but his main passion lies with long-form narrative storytelling.
He is currently developing several feature films and television shows.

James over twenty years of experience shooting for television and the silver screen. His many credits include The Breakdown, “Monster Challenge” by Michael Giacchino (starring Patton Oswalt), “Krantz” by Christopher Cantwell (Halt and Catch Fire), Star Trek: Secrets of the Universe for The History Channel, music videos like “Dump Drumpf,” and “Alive” by Empire of the Sun which has over 87 million views on YouTube.
James is a RED expert and owns a Monstro 8K VV, the best camera RED makes. He enjoys mixing his technical and artistic sides together to create memorable images and moods that help tell compelling stories.
