We created the Visual Effects for the new comedy series from Cracked! Because it’s a parody of Star Wars, we got to make space ships, holograms, blasters, light sabers, a decapitation, and Force-inspired “Space Magic.” We also provided on-set supervision, animated robot eyes, screen replacements, green screen, smoke, sparks, speed changes, wire removals, re-frames, and stabilizations.
Rent Ghostlight’s forged carbon fiber Red Weapon with brand-new Helium 8K censor at 1/4 the rate of camera rental houses! It’s the sequel to the camera used on Guardians of the Galaxy 2, Avatar 2, Transformers – The Last Knight, The Martian, and more!
Stunning 8K resolution. Amazing low-light. Lighter weight. Instant edit-ready ProRes & Avid files. Highest data rates. Eliminated fan noise. Cable-free 7″ 1080 touchscreen. Over 200fps slow-motion. Unmatched 16+ stops of dynamic range. It’s Red’s best camera yet!
Perfect for all productions big and small, including independent films and handheld docs, like our behind-the-scenes footage for Star Trek Into Darkness, Star Wars VII – The Force Awakens, and Star Wars VIII – The Last Jedi.

We got to work on STAR WARS, our all-time favorite movie series! Having previously shot all the behind-the-scenes for J.J. Abrams’ Star Trek Into Darkness, we were invited to a galaxy far far away for Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens.
Highlights include: boarding the Millennium Falcon (and crying), filming Han’s famous “Chewy, we’re home” line (and crying), reuniting with Trek and Bad Robot buddies, meeting new talented folks, and witnessing cinema history. It was truly the most amazing experience of our lives, so we did our best to capture it for our fellow fans. Thank you to everyone involved!

After we returned from London filming behind-the-scenes on Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens, LucasFilm invited us to shoot Star Wars Celebration 2015 in Anaheim, CA. It was a thrill to reunite with cast and crew, capture all the surprises, and to be surrounded by our fellow friendly, funny, and passionate superfans. This will be a day long remembered.

Music by Alfred Montejano. Thanks to the entire Disneyland crew, Lucasfilm, and our DigiSynd coworkers. You’re the best!
